Subscription Billing
AI Hot Nav operates on a subscription model with automatic recurring billing. Here's how it works:

- • Billed on the same date each month

- • Professional Plan: $15/month (billed $180/year)
- • Enterprise Plan: Custom pricing
- • Save 20% compared to monthly
- • Billed once per year
Billing Date
Your billing cycle begins on the date you first subscribe. For example, if you subscribe on the 15th of the month, you'll be billed on the 15th of each subsequent month. We'll send you a receipt via email after each successful payment.

Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we'll handle it as follows:

We automatically retry the payment within 24 hours.

You'll receive an email asking you to update your payment method.
Grace Period
You have 7 days to update payment before service suspension.

Taxes and Fees

International Customers
